How to quickly locate a frame within an odt file?

In my rather bulky .odt file, I have many frames inserted and many pictures too. The pictures and frames appear identical, but I need to remove all the frames from the document. Is there an easy way to find the next frame within a document? The pictures are inserted using insert>picture and the frames using insert>frames the pictures are actually screenshots of the frames, so visually they look the same. If I click on the picture, it is selected, if I click on the center of a frame, I am able to then edit the textual content of the frame. I thought I had deleted them all, but I know there is one or two I’ve missed, and I need to find them. Just don’t know how beside checking each one individually…

I discovered that Shift+F4 is used to locate the next frame, when I tried it, it took me to the next picture, not the next frame… i am specifically looking for the next frame, inserted using insert>frame…
