I just downloaded LibreOffice 6.2.8 without difficulty, but was then prevented from downloading the Help file with the error message ‘virus scan failed’. My Windows 10 PC is protected by the built-in security app and Webroot Secure Anywhere. How can this be resolved?

- Throw out that Microsoft trash and install an open-source operating system like Linux or BSD.

Where did you try to download from? If you used official repositories from TDF and your Antivirus program produces a false positive
- turn off antivirus / web protection tool temporarily for downloading / installing help files
- Inform the vendor of the tool about the false positive notification
In fact this isn’t a LibreOffice question.
