Do you mean printing on a custom paper size (banner printing) or to have the printer output several pages to be assembled post-printing?
In Writer you just enter and resize your text as needed, and new pages will be generated any time it is required in order to accomodate existing content.
In Draw you can right click in the left pane (thumbnails) to insert a new page (or “slide”). Not sure whether you can link frames to have the text automatically flowing from one pahe to the next (which is possible for Writer frames). Can’t test at the moment, but I suspect that you will have to split content manually from one page to the next.
