Rows get cut off in spreadsheet when printing

I work at a computer repair shop and we made an inventory sheet for parts. However whenever we print it the last two rows get cut off on the front and printed on the back, I can’t seem to figure out how to fix this issue. I would like to keep it in portrait and the font the way it is if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

How I want it to look

What I do to bypass it I really don’t like it this way because it’s confusing and doesn’t look nice

Hello,

in fact you don’t take control what and how your table will be printed. In general, to get full control you need to configure two things:

1) Print Ranges

Use Format -> Print Ranges...-> Edit to define $A$1:$J$22 as range of cells to be printed:

2) Print Scaling

Use Format -> Page -> Tab: Sheet -> Category: Sheet -> Dropdown: Scaling mode. In case you want everything of the print range to appear on a single page select Fit print ranges(s) on number of pages and select Number of pages: 1

Hope that helps.
