Charts from excel are grey

I have a document that we host on sharepoint that is an xlsx. When I open this file in calc, some of the charts are grey. Any ideas on why this is? If I make changes and save the file and upload to sharepoint, every sees the grey version of the charts. Thanks

Without see the file, not easy to know what happens. If you can, please share the file, avoiding any private information in it.

Would a screenshot of the cart help? This file contains too much info that I cannot share

Right, but can you do a sample file with a few no relevant data, where to see the issue?
