Hello, I have been having problem with moving the pages in Draw, I cannot drag and drop the pages in the navigation page that get bring up when you pressed F5, nor can I move the pages with the menu bar (Page > Move > Any of the options) in it as all of them are grey out, do anyone have any ideas what might have caused this problem?

you can’t move pages in the Navigator - you need to use Page Pane - View -> [x] Page Pane

This is what is one of the few aspects of LibreOffice that I dont like - it would be logical to shift the pages as well in navigator, and that is just what so many users would try to do.
This is the mindset of many programmers that you do what I say you will do, not you can do what you think is logical.
And how does your developer bashing answer the question? Get involved, check the code and contribute to its functionality. If something is logical, it nevertheless gets coded itself, there must be humans who write, test and implement that logical thing on a volunteering, non paid basis and your rant got nothing to do with programmers mindset (I’m not a developer but an ordinary user of LibreOffice)
