I have form controls and design selected, as you can see below. Unfortunately the pane with the controls has disappeared and I don’t know where it is or how to get it back, you can see in the second picture no sign of the design panel. Can anyone help?

most probably hidden by another toolbar - drag down (left edge of the toolbar) the formatting toolbar to have a fourth toolbar or check the double arrows at the end of each toolbar.
