dates in PDF files

Sometimes the date fields carry over to the ‘extracted as’ PDF file, sometimes they don’t.

All the date fields in the document are enabled, visible, printable; but more often than not, they do not appear … the date fields, all seven of them appear blank in the PDF.

Am I doing something wrong?
