Automatic Embeded Fonts?

Is there a way to automatically embed fonts in a document?

There is an old post that asked the same question in 2013, and was closed in 2016. I was wondering if there was any update on the item.

Is font embedding in LO 4.1 automatic, or must I enable/select it?

I can’t find anything in the GUI about this, just want to know if LO is doing this automatically now?

@anon73440385: I suppose that was just a link to a related bugzilla issue, likely cross-posted.

Yes, there is, and always was (since font embedding was implemented): just create a template with the embedding setting configured as you need; and optionally set it as default template. Hopefully you understand the implications (like greatly increased file sizes).
