Please, why is it now changing into 2 decimals format?
Try clearing direct formatting Menu/Format/Clear Direct Formatting [Ctrl+M], or pasting the format from other cell. I have had this issue, but it is not clear why it happens, seems sometimes a inheritance from a reference cell but not your case.
