libreoffice --convert-to from html to odt table cell height issue

When i convert HTML to ODT the html table cell (td) height is too large and not fitting the text.
But when i open html file in libreOffice writer (open file and choose html file). there is no issue. table looks fine.

Is it the conversion that is not working correctly?

i tried to create a table in libreoffice writer saved it as html and copy pasted how libreoffice writes tables in html to my project
–converted again and same issue appears again.
