PDF export issues - user interface

LO 6.4.0.3 (x64) + Win10 Pro

When exporting to PDF, the popup user interface requires me to highlight the default filename before it will actually create the PDF by clicking the “Export” button IN THE USER INTERFACE, NOT IN THE LO TOOLBAR. Normally, this process was a 2-click process, assuming I did not want to change the default filename or directory. Now, it forces an extra click in the filename field - simply highlighting the filename - before the export button actually completes the process. If the filename is not highlighted, clicking the “export” button causes the saveas location to change, one branch up in the parent directory. This is a repeatable issue, and I do have a video.

What changed from before? I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.
