inserting an mp4 makes it crash every time, as does changing font size on occasion.
using Ubuntu 19.10, fresh install 48 hours ago on new HDD
have uninstalled and reinstalled
have started in safe mode
have reset user profile through safe mode
no change at all
the problem does persist even in safe mode
the video is fine and plays in any player, and is not large (2.3MB)
i’m at a loss, this did not happen before (i’m using it as a trivia game creator and have used LO Impress for nearly 5 years this way without issue)
any ideas on what i can try next?
