Can't open 6.3.4 files

Since downloading 6.3.4 I can’t created any new document or access my existing ones.

I am assuming you have Windows. Does LO open from the Start menu or icon? If not then reboot your PC and re-install LO. Installation might have failed with a warning about permissions; rebooting should fix the permission issue and then you can install without problem
