How to make the navigator expand all headings? [closed]

When I open a document with a complex headings hierarchy, I often need to get a quick overview. Rather than scan the document itself, or click dozens of [+] icons to expand subheadings in the navigator, I would like to expand _all_ nested headings and subheadings (at least up to the configured level). Maybe I'm going blind, but I can't find how to do that.

For the opposite task - collapsing all branches - I found that F5 F5 (close and re-open the navigator) can be used as a workaround.
