I am running Libre Office 6.1.6.3 and trying to install LO 6.3.5.2 and keep getting this error message:
Internal error: 2329, C:\config Msi\ (then numbers and letters). This is on my LapTop running Windows10.
Any ideas how to complete this installation?

Take a look at FAQ, especially section “Use troubleshooter tool from Microsoft”, which is expected to fix problems in the system service.
