Not sure what details can be added. It doesn’t work, though the voice dictation works in other applications (such as Safari). Only detail I can think of is that the dictation worked differently (and better) before the last few OS upgrades. The double tap of the fn key activates the voice dictation for other apps, but not for LibreOffice.
