Additional language not shown in Tools/Language/Selection

Hi there

After installing an extension for a new dictionnay in a different language, I notice that the choice of language can only be found in the Format/character dialog.
Other dialogs in Tools/Language only shows French (in my case), none, or more… which goes into the same format/character dialog.

I notice that once I have text in this other language, the Tools/Language dialog now show it too, but this disappear when I open a new document.

Where do I configure the languages that appear permanently in the Tools/Language dialogs ?
