until recently, it was possible to move/resize frames with the arrow keys (as described here: Resizing and Moving Frames, Objects With the Keyboard)
in the newest update, this does not work anymore. why that change? it was so useful …

Works fine with 6.4.2.1 (x64) on Windows 10.
