Please, edit your question to elaborate a little more.

Do you want to "freeze" page number for several pages?

Are Page 1 and Page 2 custom page styles?

Do you want to dynamically insert chapter titles into the page header?

Important: don't use an answer which is reserved for solutions; just edit your question.

First, you were told to edit your question, please do: transfer your "no-answer" at the end of your question. Don't forget to leave several blank lines for correct formatting.

Second, what is the relation between what is in your "no-answer" (talking about tables and headers) and your question talking about chapter headers.

Since you seem to not be fluent in English, rather describe what your document should look like. Separate your lines with a blank line in-between so that markup processing will not concatenate everything.

Once again, move your "answer" into your question.

The headers can be automatically generated from document outline. Defining such an outline is yours. Paragraphs members of the outline are flagged (= "styled") with paragraph stylesHeading n. This outline defines chapters and sub-chapter which can be automatically numbered.

It is recommended that these Heading n paragraphs be written outside tables.

At each page break, I want a new header and starting at page 1.

This means you start a new chapter and each new chapter is page-numbered independently.

Are you sure you need a table everywhere for your text?

Update your question to provide (in text form) an example of your expected formatting. This will help for suggestions.

I have tables that spill over several page. Want same header one each of those pages. Then the next table also spread over several pages.

I am doing a verse by verse exegesis of the ten commandments over 50 different bibles. My table is of the verses and I want a header on the top of each page to carry chapter and verse number as well as page number for this verse.

At each page break, I want a new header and starting at page 1.

Would also like to have it read 'page 1 of 50'
