Calc 6.3 and 6.4 recalculates cells to 0

i have am having a rather strange issue with some versions of Calc.
First I am running Ubuntu Mate 18.04 LTS and LibreOffice 6.0.7.3, 6.3.5 and 6.4.
In Calc 6.0.7.3 I built a rather large spreadsheet 1.3 million cells, 6453 formula groups and it is about 14mb in size. I used only the built in functions, I have not set up any macros or or other scripts.
When running this sheet in 6.0.7.3 it works as expected. When I run it in 6.3 or 6.4 it will calculate correctly on the first run, but if I change a value for a second try it will calculate all my cells to 0. is there any idea why this may be occurring?
Thank you

And you are sure not being affected by the current problems with LibreOffice Launchpad PPA releases (package dependency problems)? Did you already try native packages from TDF (just to narrow down the problem)?

The 6.3 and 6.4 were downloaded from the LibreOffice website. 6.0 Was part of the Ubuntu Mate distro. If it helps I built a new test spreadsheet in 6.3 and 6.4 and it works fine albeit it is much smaller with just a few hundred test formulas.

This reads like a bug. If you can provide the document, you can open a bug report at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/. If you can’t, you can try to contact the QA people and see, if they can help you creating a sensible reproducer: Testing - QA | LibreOffice - Free Office Suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft
