I am getting crazy to display all the current sheet rows. I tried everything: disabling all the filters, Menu/Data/Rows/Show. Exporting the sheet as csv gives me all the rows. Using Linux, LO 6.3.4.2.

Sorry, I forgot to say that selecting all the sheet (CRTL+A) and pasting it into a new sheets gives me all the rows.

Did you try to manually set row heights (Format -> Row -> Show
only works in case of row height is almost zero. There are row height values which make it visually hidden, but from an application perspective the have a very low row height and the Show
function won’t unhide 'em).

Set the row height manually, since there are row height values which make it visually hidden, but from an application perspective the have a very low row height and the Show function won’t unhide 'em).
Select row before and after unvisible rows and use Format -> Rows -> Height...
and set to some value making the rows visible (e.g. 0.20").
