CALC: Row/column size not showing when adjusting via mouse

Ubuntu 18.04.10 – LO 6.0.7.3: In CALC, when using the mouse to change row height / column width, dimensions are not appearing by the double arrow like they used to do. Searched menus, LO Help, etc. but can’t figure out how to fix this – thanks

Mouse pointer also lose control when adjusting column or row size. Pointer shape is not stable and change shape in mid of adjustment process

I would suspect the battery in the mouse is getting flat, or the mouse driver needs updating.

The mouse is an usb cable one. But i figure out the problem.
libreoffice-kf5 package problem. this is for libreoffice / KDE interaction, but it still has issues.

In my case, the display of the dimensions is present.
