How are column percentages displayed in a pivot table? Looking for separate column not within the cell.

eg, data has Item and No so pivot table should calculate % of column:

Item No %
Box4 20 40
Box2 30 60

If you expect any answer, don't post multiple times. You can always edit your question as you have discovered. The title and its tags can also be edited.

For relevant answer, edit your question to provide OS and LO version.

@ajlittoz I'd expect OS and LO version are irrelevant for this question. I assure you the multiple posts of the same question word-for-word was unintentional. I'd like to delete duplicate questions and appreciate being directed to the process - my email is attached to user profile.

In the Pivot Table Layout:

  1. Add an Available field to the Data Fields (in this case a second occurrence of No)
  2. Double click on the new Data field item and select Displayed value
  3. Set Type to % of total
