I see that the registrymodifications.xcu file contains several settings. Is there a place where I can find explanation of the items here contained?
You might find the needed information in util: OOo Registry Document Format (The original page in www.openoffice.org is not available).
For the technically inclined there are the schema files under officecfg/registry/schema/org/openoffice/ that cover every single item of the registry, for example the individual modules’ registries in the Office/ directory. Read in conjunction with the documentation.
