dev quirk -issue in Save/SaveAs function

I use Libreoffice since say version 4.x whatever, and this issue is with us all that time and it’s really is very unsettling.

Who invented or programmed that when the Save screen opens
a- the filename on the top is highlighted
b- and the format at the botton is where the focus and the cursor is, so when you start typing the filename you are actually changing the file format

So put the format box next to the search and the save button and put the focus on the highligthed name

Also give information about your operating system and window manager and possibly widget backend (VCL) (i.e. what is shown in the Help → About dialog). What you describe does not happen for me on Linux with gtk3 and the GNOME file dialog, the focus is on the selection of the file name as expected.
