How to quick-select suggested function in calc?

Hi,

This should be obvious, but I can’t figure it out for the life of me.

Let’s say I want to average some cells. I first press “=” and then start typing “av”. At this point Calc recommends a function with a pop-up box that says “average()”. Is there any way to quickly choose this suggested function without having to complete typing “average”?

Oh yeah, I’m running LibreOffice 4.1.x on Mac 10.6.8.

Thanks!

Hi greg, with [Enter].

lol! I can’t believe I tried everything else but that. I kept trying to click on the popup or tab out of it with no luck. Too much work is making my brain numb.

Thanks much!
