Unable to do conditional formatting on columns containing time values

Hi,
I’m trying to give conditional formatting to a column in LibreOffice Calc containing time values.
I have selected the column format as Time format(HH:MM:SS)
Now when I try conditional formatting on this column, for e.g, to highlight all fields with time greater than 09:30, all the fields get highlighted, except the blank cells in between.

You probably typed 9:30 in the condition field. While Excel is clever enough to accept 9:30 (and then converts it to number in the background), Calc doesn’t.

(You can check in Excel that if you return to the Conditional Formatting dialog instead of 9:30 there is 0.395833333333333)

You have two options: type the actual value (in this case 0.395833333333333) or point to a cell which contains your condition in time format i.e. just have a cell somewhere in the spreadsheet or on another sheet with 9:30

In addition you can add this as a request for an enhancement in
