update failure

Downloaded and executed your update file, which erased my existing program and files and reaches an error 1303 - not enough administrative privileges - and I am signed in as the administrator. I have lost the existing program and cannot install.

Update to 6.4.3 for Windows 10

Being signed in as an user with administrative privileges does not mean that you are allowed to do everything without taking additional actions in advance.
