Whenever I try to launch LibreOffice it says I need to download a JRE and then restart LibreOffice? How do I do this? I have all come into trouble with Language Tool Extension with LibreOffice. Whenever I try to get it enabled it says the Java Implementation Loader failed. And when I go to the Advanced setting tab no JRE appears in the box below. So I am wondering how to install a JRE and if that will fix both issues? I am running Windows 64 bit and Java 32 bit.

And that might be the problem. If you run a 64-bit LibreOffice (which you did not mention - please provide information from Help -> About LibreOffice menu) then you need a 64-bit JRE for LibreOffice to recognize the JRE installation - see also FAQ
