Recent Most versions (already 3.5 did) offer related settings via
>Tools>Options>LibreOffice>Online Update.
I wouldn’t suggest to ever offer an automatic install. It’s simply too much stress for the system, and an unattended install will not even be possible in most cases on basically secure machines.
