Every time i do an update, the pinned icons are removed and not replaced, as such my entire pinned list of files is lost.
This may seem small, but imo there either must be a way or it should be put in next build as it is a major gap between Libre and other similar products.

Any personal opinion telling that someone must do what you tell them to do, like “it should be put in next build”, should be kept unspoken unless you plan to work on that yourself or pay for that feature, otherwise it’s rude.
Hi Mike, my apologies, that was really not my intent. I am new to this and not a programmer at all. I wondered if anyone had similar issue and if it’s common, then could be a feature idea to increase the awesomeness of the product, but obviously did not come out that way. Sorry about that.
Does anyone have anything substantive to say about this, though? It was also asked about back in Sept. 2018 (Updates cause loss of recently opened files and pinned files in taskbar). That thread was closed for being “not relevant or outdated” and clearly it’s neither.
