I just opened a PPT document in Impress for the first time and it doesn’t seem to be operating like I am used to in Powerpoint. I noticed scrolling down (using the scroll bar on the right) only takes me to the bottom of the current slide, and that I have to select another slide using the left Slides menu to get to the next slide. Then I noticed that when I did a Find, it also only worked on that slide. I’m hoping that there is some setting I have missed that will allow the program to treat my entire file as one document, as Powerpoint does. Please tell me this is true and that I do not need to search on each slide separately. I haven’t had problems using the Word and Excel equivalents.
