Sheet completely freezes, cannot access anything. If I move the cursor to the heading tab (file, edit, view, ect) they are blank. This is a new install on Windows 10 Pro, I didn’t have theses issues on my old computer.

Two things to test:
1) OpenGL rendering causing your issue?
If set, try to disable OpenGL in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: [ ] Use OpenGL for all rendering and check whether that fixes your problem
2) User Profile causing your issue?

Right click -> Runon Windows Start menu (orWindows Key + R) - Type
"%ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\program\soffice" --safe-modeinto Open text field (including the double quotes) - Click
OK - Optional: Archive your profile expanding
Advanced(click on the word Advanced right aboveHelpbutton) and clickArchive User Profilebutton - Click button
Continue in Safe Mode - Open a file and test whether the problem is gone
Had the same issue on Ubuntu MATE 18.04. Not only Calc, any LibreOffice application was often freezing (especially on any operation that opened a dialog box) and the computer was unresponsive, needed to reboot. Only sometimes I was able to switch to the text console and found a message there about a GPU lockup in Nouveau graphics driver. Disabling OpenGL didn’t help. The application was basically unusable, found no solution to this.
