Repro Steps:

1. Install App From store.
2. Launch the App.
3. Observe.
4. application crashes at the first launch.

Is this problem related to the ATI display driver I use?

Actual Results: Application crashes at the first launch

I don’t use the Windows Store version ( @thb could advise better ), but note that it’s normal that LibreOffice re-starts at the first launch. It detects the first launch (e.g. after an upgrade or without a profile), and then does some service tasks and exits, to be launched again the second time by a dedicated guard process.
