Is there any free Star Trek-like font available for LibreOffice?
If so, how do I install it?

This is not an LO-specific question.
Fonts are managed by the operating system (OS) and LO uses whatever is provided by the OS.
Find the font you wish in the various font repositories, install it (procedure is OS specific and you didn’t mention it) and fire LO.
Note however that Type 1 fonts are no longer supported by the present rendering engine.
