Is there a way that in the Text Substitute can be done more than once?

Is there a way that in the Text Substitute can be done more than once?

For example, I want to convert the text “1234567890” to “LIBREFORTW” where there is like a one-on-one mapping of the number to a corresponding letter, like these:

1 : L
2 : I 
3 : B
4 : R
5 : E
6 : F
7 : O
8 : R
9 : T
0 : W

How do you want to do?, with a formula or with Find&Replace?
Are all numbers of “1234567890” in one cell, or is every number in one cell?
