Windows 10 2004

I installed recently the last version of W10.
From that moment working with LibreOffice 6 (I tested with 6.3.6 and 6.4.2) I get the following problem : after a while all menu disappears (the popup opend but with nothing in it) and every popup has only the title visible other graphic objects are not visible).
Theese objects are present because clicking in the white space something happens.
How can I solve ?
Otherwise the product can’t be used enymore.

Obviously libreoffice

Which product do you mean - Windows or LibreOffice?

A universal solution: throw out that Microsoft trash and install an open-source operating system like Linux or BSD.

I have LO 6.4.4.2 running on Windows 10 pro 2004 without problem. There is very little that I customise however. Do you have the default theme? Tools | Options Libreoffice | personalization . If not it might be worth testing if the default theme fixes the problem.

I forgot you couldn’t see the menus. Have you tried seeing if they are visible in Safe Mode? Look in Windows menu LibreOffice | LibreOffice (Safe Mode) Backing up and then resetting your user profile might fx things, See LibreOffice user profile - The Document Foundation Wiki

I solved opening LibreOffice in safe mode and deactivating OpenCl.
Tks

I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling (twice!), and the latest try is setting compatibility to an earlier version of Windows. (And for the people who suggest using Linux: some of us have other software that needs Windows. That also adds a whole new learning curve, which isn’t a great idea.)

If there is a problem, corruption, or a setting that doesn’t work in the user profile then uninstalling and re installing LO won’t change it. Safe mode does not look at the user profile but from there you can go into Tools » Options and in the dialog change themes to default, or turn off OpenCI, or turn off hardware acceleration.

If manual changes don’t work then you can archive your user profile and reset it. You will lose personalisation, words address to dictionary, etc. But you will be able to open LO normally again.

If that doesn’t describe the problems you are having, maybe add some more detail in a new question. Cheers, Al

Useless answer.
Anyway I’ve a java application working perfetcly on windows and going randomly in error on Linux.
Nothing is perfect.
