can I add Synchronize to a Downloaded LO Label template?

asked 2020-06-29 06:02:23 +0200

I down loaded a label template, but it does not have the "synchronize" option enabled. Is there a way to turn it on from inside Libreoffice writer 6.4.4.2 without doing an entire NEW label set up? When I got to <file> <new> <labels>... it shows my setting from another type of labels I did previously and not the settings from the label template I just downloaded and had open. If not is there a way to see all the setting I downloaded to write them down to go through creating a new label with Synchronize Labels ?

Thanks in advance

Hi, you have to check if each of the single frames (labels) include sections (inclusive master section of master label). If there is no section system synchronizing does not work.

When I got to <file> <new> <labels>... it shows my setting from another type of labels I did previously and not the settings from the label template I just downloaded

You have to search for a label template which is identical to your source, then create the rest of it with the wizard (especially activate "synchronize"). - Otherwise create your label sheet entirely manually. - Cheers
