I have the latest version, but it happened on previous versions. I can properly save and close a document, but next time I open any document in the word document I receive a window that wants to send a crash report. What’s going on and how can it be stopped?
Had you sent such report? if you did, then the address of the report could be useful for a bug report, to see what had crashed (likely at the shutdown time).
You should probably try to reset your user profile.
