Where to put user-specific color palettes (with dev-builds from TDF)?

LibreOffice user profile - The Document Foundation Wiki documents
/home//.config/libreoffice/4/user
as location for user profiles.

And it documents config/ as the subdirectory for color palettes.

This works just fine with the versions of LibreOffice coming with openSUSE (Tumbleweed). I put some additional color palettes there, and LibreOffice finds them.

When I use the dev-builds from TDF (The Document Foundation), which I would expect to be the “official” builds, those same palettes are not found.

Where do I put user-specific color palettes?

dev builds have their own user profile in /home/<user>/.config/libreofficedev/4/user (see also Tools -> Options -> LibreOfficeDev -> Paths)
