I am writing a letter to someone. I want to add page numbering to the five (5) page letter. When I try to do so, the page number is added top left. i want to move it (insert it) at bottom of each page, perhaps skipping page one – and also have the option to add it to a nice professional header on page 2, 3, 4 & 5. How do I do both please?
You tagged common: with which component are you really writing your letter? Writer, Calc or Impress. This is possible with all three and solutions are different. So, edit your question to give more accurate description of your process and add OS name and LO version. Also, retag your question to replace common with the relevant component name.
