I have no details to add, except why would I want to press the button to “start tweeting”?
I know better than to just press the button because when I used to do that things would always change that would take me months to undo the changes if I could even ever do so at all.
This (and virtually any) site is not to educate you in meaning of all the terms that are used here. If you don’t know any term, it’s your task to google for it (yes it’s another computer jargon word; and yes I know other ways of expressing the same idea).
Then, after you learned what e.g. “tweeting” is, try using your brain. Do you tweet? Do you want information about your usage of this site be reflected in your tweets? Do you need that to be automatic?
Everything is there, in the phrase which you are asking about. No PhD is required to understand that.
And just in case anyone asks why am I so rude: the comment is in context of the person’s attitude of explicitly ignoring rules, answers that were given, terms used in computers; and that person diminishes people who “cannot express themselves with proper English”, etc.
There is no tweeting mode in the save LO user profile.
