LO v7.0.0.3 No display of text for pull down menus

I just installed LibreOffice v7.0.0.3 on two Win7/32 platforms. One went OK and the other did not.

On the problematic PC where Pull-Down menus are, I do not see “Text”.
All I see are either a dash “-” or and underbar “".
This happens when I start LO v7.x or if I load a document like a .DOC file into Writer. All I see are either a dash “-” or and underbar "” where the Text should be.

No problem on this PC with v6.4.5

I did a Repair installation - It did not fix the issue.
I uninstalled and then reinstalled v7.x - It did not fix the issue.

And what happens, if you start LibreOffice in Safe Mode on the system showing the issue?

Hello,

according to your LibreOffice Safe Mode test, you need to reset your LibreOffice user profile using the following procedure:

• Right click -> Run on Windows Start menu (or Windows Key + R)
• Type "%ProgramFiles%\LibreOffice\program\soffice" --safe-mode into Open text field (including the double quotes)
• Archive your profile expanding Advanced (click on the word Advanced right above Help button) and click Archive User Profile button
• Select option Reset to factory settings
• Activate [x] Reset entire user profile
• Click button Apply Changes and Restart

No, sorry it didn’t. Now LO won’t run in normal mode

“LibreOffice has stopped working” error

EDIT:
I went back into Safe Mode and disabled Hardware acceleration then Applied and Restarted and LO v7 came up with no sequalae
