Question marks appear instead of the Russian text inside the text field after saving the file

Hello!

I have a problem with saving the .docx file with a text field containing the Russian text. After reopenning the saved document Russian text inside the text field turns into the question marks.

All the actions to reproduce the problem are shown at the screenshots located at the following link:

After saving the file (screenshot 3.jpg) I close the Writer and reopen the saved file (4.jpg). My Russian text field turned into "?"s, but the English one remained as it was.

Wonder is somebody tell me how can I fix this and save the Russian data from the text field

You also use Russian Windows OS; the difference is that you use 32-bit LibreOffice (irrelevant), and - more importantly - version 6.2.8.2 - much older. Please test with a newer program version.

Reinstalled Trio Office from the Microsoft Store, the problem remained. Couldn’t you tell me how I should check my program version and the required system base?

What is “Trio Office”??? This site is about LibreOffice…

Oh. Sounds strange but it’s seems to me that one day my Libre Office automatically updated and changed name to “Trio Office”. That day I thought that it was a rebranding or another commercial stuff. Now I see that “Libre Office” is still alive and downloadable. And I’m now confused about that misterious switch to “Trio”. Anyway, sorry for your time spent for trying to reproduce a bug from another product.
