I gave a donation and the screen came up saying it was successful. But when going back to the downlad page i got a message that i had cancelled it. I had not.

The donation was £100 (GBP) and i don’t want to duplicate the payment

The contact to turn to is given in the message. No user of LibreOffice (the users of this site are not affiliated to TDF but users of LibreOffice like you) can solve your issue. My recommendation: Wait, check your account for any payments regularly and consider to repeat your donation, if your account doesn’t get debited. Any further action you want to take (downloading , installing and using LibreOffice) does not depend on your donation.

> But when going back

I’d assume your donation has been made, if you did going back using the Back button of your browser. In general this is a bad idea to use the Back* button while performing transaction oriented service on websites.

I only saw this comment after my comment below that the problem was solved. I looked for any answer that may have made and didn’t see any before now.

Yes you are right that the contact is given in the message and that is the contact that i used from the email i had received and which led to a reply that the donation had been safely received. After that i realized that the contact was in the page

Problem solved: I received an email acknowledging the donation and it had an email address on it for queries which i used and i got a reply that the donation was not cancelled
