How to remove the first page without removing the style of the next pages

How to remove the first page without removing the page style of the next pages. Deleting the page break deletes the style.
Of course I can apply the style to the first page and followed by deleting, however feels like a work around

Sample shorter1.odt

Using your sample file…

  • Set the cursor into the first page
(only one paragraph) and delete this
    paragraph. (Del key)

or

  • Set the cursor into the first paragraph of second page and use backspace key.

Deleting the page break deletes the
style.

That’s true!

Thanks for the quick answer. However, this is not working; they page style is gone. Try it yourself with the sample file attached (different page sizes in the file)

@Telesto: As I wrote: Using your sample file… - I did it this way. LO 6.4.6.2-64 on LinuxMint.

I likely missed: Deleting the page break deletes the style. “That’s true!”…
I’m searching for a way to prevent this :-). Will post a bug/ UX issue in the bug tracker.
