How to change font colors

Greetings
Helping a non computer friend on how to change font colors. While working on a document She somehow changed All of her type to RED! and doesn’t know how to change it back. Anyone with a step by step to take it from red back to black would be much appreciated! If there is a one button change that may be how she dis it?
Thanks in advance…
