That question seems to be specific to wrapping in a doughnut shape. Is it possible to wrap inside other shapes? How do i accomplish that? Currently I have to insert <lf> in each text block to get it to fit inside my shapes.</lf>

Well, apparently as soon as i take the time to ask, I find the answer. Right click on the shape, chose Text, then click the "Word wrap text in shape" checkbox, click ok

Update: Right click on the shape->Style->Text-> "Word wrap text in shape". Updating/Creating a style makes applying these changes easier.
