Including custom styles in exported pdf index with defined indent

Hello

I have created a document in libreoffice 4.1.1.2 where I used heading 1,2,3 styles for headings of sections then I created a custom style from heading 1, which links to the style heading and used this style for headings of appendixes, now I setted the outline numbering and created a table of content which is good and correct, but when I export my document to pdf the heading 1,2,3 are correctly nested and indented in the pdf index but my custom style is indented even further than heading 3 and is nested(or linked) under the above heading 3 heading. How can I correct it to have my custom style in the pdf index with no indentation and not linked to any other above heading (like heading 1 would be). Thanks

I will include a pictures to show what I mean:

Does your custom paragraph style (appendix heading) have the Outline level (right-click on style > Modify… > Outline & Numbering tab > Outline) set to “Level 1”?

No, it was on level 4, setting it to level 1 did the trick, now I have heading 1 on level 2 in outline numbering, so if (for some reason) I wanted to add something at the begining of my document which would use my style it would then be the root for all the other headings and that heading would be a subcategory of that root element in the pdf index. Right now it works as I need, but I think that this require a better solution, a solution that is more flexible
